Straightforward, reflective, with humour and foresight. I combine analytical thinking with experience from two worlds—sport and business—and help build bridges between performance, meaning, and humanity.

Strategy, culture, impact

I support companies, organisations, and leaders on strategic and cultural questions. My approach is practical, values-based, and focused on implementation—shaped by more than 20 years in leadership, communication, and transformation, including as CEO of BSC Young Boys.

Sparring & mentoring

As a sparring partner I support leaders and teams when clarity in strategic decisions is needed, leadership and collaboration should evolve, or change should be shaped in a targeted, motivating way. I believe in authenticity, trust, and impact through attitude—not buzzwords.

Board and advisory mandates

I take on mandates where I can combine entrepreneurial thinking, team leadership, and sustainable development with my experience from sport and business. For me it is important to take responsibility—strategically, humanely, and with a view to long-term impact.
